Your blood type influences every facet of your physiology on a cellular level. You can greatly improve your health, vitality and emotional balance when you know your blood type.

Does blood type matter?

You were born as an individual, even when born as twins. No two people are alike. Your blood drop contains a biochemical signature as unique as your finger print.

Your blood type influences every facet of your physiology on a cellular level. It has everything with how you digest food, how you respond to stress, your mental state, strength of your immune system and the efficiency of your metabolic processes.

You can greatly improve your health, vitality and emotional balance when you know your blood type.

Your blood type has its own risk factors when it comes to ALLERGIES.

The word Allergy means, “Altered working”. This was coined at the beginning of the twentieth century after dogs inoculated with proteins from other animals had severe reactions when they came into contact with those proteins again.

Allergies are responses mounted by the immune system to a particular food, inhalant, or chemical. In other words, an allergy reaction is an adverse or inappropriately amplified immune system response to something that many other people may find harmless.

Allergic reactions express themselves as headaches, sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal congestion. There are certain severe allergic reactions to products such as nuts, fish and also from insect stings which are known anaphylaxis; These are characterized by swelling of tissue and an inability to breathe.

Why are some people allergic and others not? Allergies are quite complex physiologically. The difference between someone with allergies and the one who is free and clear, is a matter of the total load on the system. We are all like camels, we can only carry a certain burden without our backs giving away and collapsing. We have several burdens as individuals such as poor diet, stress, lack of sleep, medical conditions, under-exercise etc. When an additional burden is added when one has reached maximum capacity, such as seasonal pollen exposure, then it collapses. It literally becomes “the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

To avoid allergies, one has to reduce the total load. That is why your blood type diet is very effective against allergies.
