The debate between meat eating and being a vegetarian has been on going for decades and decades. It became a debate due to diseases that manifested because of diet. We now have diseases that have encompassed the whole world regardless of race, color or creed. One out of one, we all die. All health professional have come to an understanding that food is now the source and champion cause of almost all diseases. Some now have decided to eat gluten free foods altogether in search of health.
When I grew up, putting on glasses for eyesight was a status symbol, for the educated, because you could only see them on doctors or university professors. Now it is a status symbol for the majority who are becoming blind. Many people, including children now, have spectacles from age three. Too bad.
Food is the culprit. Why have we done so bad on food when we have made strides in science and now more knowledgeable that before? We have been to the moon, invented computers, and flying. We have made it so convenient that you can speak to someone on your cellphone while you are sitting in the toilet. But Food? What happened?
Let me start on cow milk. We have always believed drinking cows milk will give you calcium to strengthen your bones. But, cow milk is for calves to grow. When they are weaned by their mothers, they eat grass until they die. Where do they get their calcium to make their bones strong, and make us say, “ As strong as an Oxen?” .
Human beings are the only species, weaned by our mothers, we look for another mother for milk.
The problem started with wrong teaching from the “Experts” who were promoting dairy industry in schools. School children everywhere were required to drink cow milk “For their bones” while the dairy industries were making monies supplying the whole nation with milk.
Our baby girls have grown big breasts due to hormones injected in cattle to grow fast for meat business and produce more milk for sale. What makes cattle grow fast in turn make our baby girls grow from the same hormones. Most of them start on their monthly periods before a normal age. Some start at age ten. Far too young to be pregnant.
We now have arthritis because cows milk calcium, is not fit for human consumption. When the body rejects it, it is pushed out and then end on your fingers causing pain when bending them.
When you change your diet and eat vegetables, you will notice the arthritis problem beginning to vanish eventually able to bend your fingers with no pain. Try it.
Now we have a vitamin B12 problem in our hands. The same “experts” said we need to eat meat to get Vitamin B12 and you cannot get it from anywhere else. Where ever you get it besides meat, they say it is not “scientifically proven”.
There is nothing as bad as abusing science, to mislead people from the truth, because you want to make business out of people’s ignorance. The word, “Scientific”, is abused to frighten people into submission.
This has been going on and on for decades and decades and it now sounds very true and correct because of one word, Scientific.
What is B12? It is an essential mineral needed by the body to make other body functions, to function. When it is said, essential, it means the body cannot make it, it has to come from outside sources by way of eating or drinking.
What then is B12 mineral? Its called COBALT. Farmers in New Zealand, used to add cobalt to their fertilizer, so that when their plants grow and are harvested, there will be enough cobalt in their food. The body has bacteria that transforms cobalt into COBALAMIN. These are two words combined, Cobalt and Vitamin is equals Cobalamin, does that make sense? Cobalamin was then regarded as part of the vitamins and was placed on number 12 of the B, vitamins to make it B12.
I want you to know that the human body has a delivery system called INTRINSIC FACTOR. This is the place where B12 is absorbed in your body. If this system does not work because it is damaged, no amount of B12 you take will change your lack of B12. You will be sick and die lacking B12 while you are eating meat daily. That is why many meat eaters are B12 deficient and yet they eat meat. There are many reasons that cause the damage but time will not allow me to explain without “Writing a book”. The other reason is, animal products are not good for human body including their B12. This reminds me of the great, world musician of all time, Sir Paul MCcartney, one of the founders of the group, The Beatles. He was asked here in the States why he does not eat meat, his answer was simple, “ Its not healthy and besides I don’t eat anything with a face”
We survive mysteriously because of other good foods we eat not knowing that they are correcting our past eating mistakes. It’s a hit and miss kind of eating style.
When well kept, animals get their cobalt from the plants they eat. They do not eat refined foods, junk foods, ice cream or sodas as we do. Animals eat their foods organic from the bush with all the nutrients needed. The moment you grow and feed cattle for business, their body chemistry changes. In a few months the calf is ready to be slaughtered and also milked for business.
Everything is business. When the beef and dairy industries planned their business, your health was and still is not part of their equation. In fact, the more you get sick the more they make money. It’s a syndicate from farmers to pharmaceutical companies. Here in United States of America they are managed under one government department roof, FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION.
They administer what you eat and administer how they will treat you when sick because they know it is obvious according to the whole set up.
Here is what I want you to know. All organic greens, fruits and vegetables are a source of cobalt minerals. That is why cattle do not look for B12 from health food stores as we do. B12 is good for blood, you don’t become anemic, your red blood cells are healthy. Your nerves work well.
When you walk bare footed and you feel like you are walking on hot fire coals, its because you would have lost your MYELIN SHEATH. This is like a plastic cover for copper electric wires. The cover for your nerves (your body “copper wires”) is myelin sheath. This is kept health and intact because of B12. As long as you eat organic healthy foods, don’t worry about B12 from meat. I have been a vegetarian since 1991and B12 is not my problem during all my medical examinations.
As long as we eat anything with a face, we will face the consequences. Sickness will always be closer than a brother.
Take care of your body, it’s the only one you have. As long as you are on this earth, you will not be born again, to have a fresh start. May God bless your efforts.
